1. GENERAL:
The My Alpenwelt Members Club is a loyalty scheme run by the My Alpenwelt Resort in Königsleiten. Members collect ‘A’s’ (bonus points) during their stays, which can be redeemed for future stays. By registering, the member accepts these terms and conditions.

2. MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Members Club is free of charge and requires registration. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
3. EARNING OF A’S (BONUS POINTS)
Members earn A’s on every stay at My Alpenwelt Resort:
● 2% of the total spend per stay is credited as A’s
● 1 A is equivalent to €0.10
● The credit is applied once the stay has been paid in full. Members may also receive special credits, e.g. a birthday reward. There is no legal entitlement to specific bonus promotions.
5. REDEEMING A’s
5.1 Collected A’s can be converted into reward vouchers.
● These can be redeemed for services and experiences at My Alpenwelt Resort, such as dining, activities or additional services.
● Vouchers are valid for 5 years (from the date of issue)
● Cash redemption is not permitted
5.2 Distinction from purchased vouchers
The reward vouchers generated in the Members Club are not comparable to vouchers purchased from the online shop. Separate terms and conditions apply to vouchers purchased from the online shop.
5.3 Redeeming multiple vouchers
Multiple reward vouchers can generally be combined. However, the resort reserves the right to restrict redemption depending on the offer, travel period or booking category.
6. VALIDITY OF A’s
Currently, A’s have no fixed expiry date. However, My Alpenwelt Resort reserves the right to introduce or amend validity rules in the future.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If a voucher redeemed using A’s is cancelled, the A’s used may be credited back to the customer’s account. The resort reserves the right to decide on refunds on a case-by-case basis.
8. TRANSFERABILITY
A’s are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may be merged in justified cases at the resort’s discretion
9. NO CASH PAYOUT
A’s may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary compensation
10. CHANGES & TERMS OF THE PROGRAMME
My Alpenwelt Resort reserves the right to:
● amend the bonus programme at any time
● adjust benefits or terms and conditions
● or discontinue the programme in whole or in part In such cases, A’s already collected shall remain valid for a reasonable period, unless otherwise communicated.
11. MISUSE
In the event of misuse of the programme (e.g. manipulation, false information), the resort reserves the right to exclude members from the programme and delete their A’s.
12. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the My Alpenwelt Resort privacy policy.
13. WARRANTY RIGHTS
The statutory warranty rights apply.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
All legal relationships between the parties shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, with the exception of those conflict-of-law rules of the Austrian legal system that conflict with this choice of law. In the case of consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: the court with subject-matter jurisdiction for Königsleiten.
The above provisions apply equally to the purchase of vouchers on site at the Alpenwelt Resort Königsleiten, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
